Bella Living Psychological Services, PLLC is looking to hire for a full-time position for fully licensed psychologists. Newly licensed, early career psychologists, and those already paneled/in-network with insurance agencies are highly preferred candidates. Licensed individuals must have a license and be in good standing with TSBEP.
We are hiring for candidates predominantly interested in providing individual, couples, and family therapy. The candidate will have the opportunity to provide services to a broad range of clients.
Main duties will include:
• Clinical Therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Progress notes and appropriate documentation
• Monthly Treatment Reports
• Quarterly Treatment Plans
• Intake Interviews
• Working as part of a treatment team
• Data collection and management-HIPPA compliance
• Clerical tasks & administrative support
• Adherence to all TSBEP, APA, and Texas Administrative Code requirements
• Other duties as mutually agreed upon
• Providing supervision of Provisionally Licensed Psychologists when needed
• Attending consultation meetings
This position includes evening work and may include weekend work.
Ideal Candidate: This is a detail-oriented and deadline driven position that requires a strong and self-directed personality. The ideal candidate will have a history of providing the following psychological services: therapy to a wide range of populations including those with severe mental illness, therapy to resistant teens and behaviorally disordered youth, assessing for risk of safety for client’s experiencing suicidal, homicidal, and self-injury ideations, therapy with couples, psychological assessments, parenting coaching, and behavioral interventions. Individuals already paneled with insurance companies and newly or provisionally licensed clinicians will be given preference.
Compensation: An annual salary/contract compensation dependent upon case load and claim reimbursement will be provided for hired individuals, in addition to individual supervision (provided by the Bella Living Clinical Director) for those that are Provisionally Licensed, and time for attendance in weekly didactic. We adhere to the scholar-practitioner model and value training. The Provisionally Licensed Clinician is still in a training position and will receive appropriate training. Newly Licensed and early Career Psychologists will be expected to attend weekly didactic/consultation meetings and will be supervised by the Clinical Director as needed.
We adhere to most Federal Holidays. Time off is very flexible, but is unpaid.

Job Type: Starting Part-time with build up to Full-time case load.
Compensation: Compensation will range based on experience and quality of work. Individual clinicians can expect to be paid based on a fixed percentage of all directly provided services to be paid following reimbursement from insurance. Compensation can range greatly depending on how many clients are seen. Additionally, basic practice needs will be covered including business cards. Clinician will also receive a FWAPA, therapynotes, and Psychology Today membership paid for by Bella Living Psychological Services, PLLC. The FWAPA membership includes opportunities for continuing education units to be earned free of charge to the clinician.
